How It Works

     We realize that you are busy and being pulled into 10 different directions so we have made it easy for you. All you have to do is go through your items you wish to consign, wash/clean them, and bring them to O&A. You do not have to price them or hang the items, Once and Again handles all of that!
    

    The compensation on the items will be 40% to the consigner and is a 90-day consignment period that your items will be on the floor for sale. The final 2 weeks it is on the floor it will be marked down to 25% off and then the final week before we pull them off the racks it will be marked down to 50% off.
    

     Drop off’s are on Mondays and Tuesdays from 11- 4 pm and Saturdays 11-2. At the time the consigner drops off their items, we only allow 30 items per week. Once and Again will go through and evaluate the items, this could take up to 3 weeks depending if O&A is fully stocked on a particular item, or size. Any items that are not accepted, the consigner will be notified and they have the choice to have us donate the items or to have them returned to them.
  

    On large ticket items, the consigner has the choice to not allow the item to be discounted. (Large ticket items such as: cribs, strollers, high chairs, car seats, boutique outfits). At the end of the consigning period (90 days), the consigner will be notified to come pick up their unsold items unless they choose to have the unsold items donated. The consigner has 7 days to pick up the unsold items or the items will be donated. If the consigner wishes to re-consign the unsold items, they will have to come pick up the items and wait 1 whole month before bringing them back (tags can remain on the item). After 2 missed appointments without prior notification to pick up unsold items the items will be automatic property of O&A.
 

   There is a $10 consigner fee per year. The fee covers online support that allows the consigner to track their items they have on the floor, their pricing, what has sold, and how much they have in their account. The consigner can pull the money from their account by check only and must wait a whole 30 days between each “Settlement” or the consigner can keep accumulating the balance and use it as in store credit.
 

    Spring/ Summer items will be accepted and sold from March 1- Aug 31 and Fall/ Winter items will be accepted and sold from September 1- February 28.

* O&A holds the right to mark down an item at any time if there is a flaw found on the item (such as: stains, tears, missing buttons, broken zippers, etc).

 

* The items must be picked up in 7 days after the consigner has been notified, or the items will be donated. If during the evaluation, O&A finds 5 or more clearly stained or “rejected” items, we will notify the consignor to pick up items and sort through their items before bringing them back.

 

* Once the items have been tagged, the consigner will not be allowed to take back the item (Once and Again will consider special circumstances).
